Moraine Trails Council History

The Moraine Trails Council was formed in 1972 and has served youth in Armstrong, Butler, Lawrence, and Westmoreland counties for decades. The council has been a cornerstone in providing outdoor adventure, leadership training, and community service opportunities for Scouts in the region. Troop 670 History

Troop 670 has a proud history that dates back to its founding in 1950. Over the years, our troop has grown and evolved, providing hundreds of young Scouts the opportunity to develop life skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for the outdoors. Troop 670 Leadership

Our leadership team works hard to ensure Troop 670 runs smoothly and provides a positive experience for all Scouts. The leadership includes our dedicated Scoutmaster, Assistant Scoutmasters, and youth leadership roles such as the Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) and Assistant Senior Patrol Leader (ASPL).
