BSA Troop 670 – Your Scouting Adventure Begins Here
Welcome to Linked Troop 670/6670! We are a proud unit of the Boy Scouts of America, offering boys and girls the opportunity to develop leadership skills, build character, and experience the great outdoors. Our troop meets Sunday 6:30 pm at Ford Memorial United Methodist Church in Ford City, PA, and we regularly organize activities such as camping, hiking, service projects, and merit badge workshops. Whether you’re looking to advance through the Scout ranks or simply want to be part of a fun and supportive community, Linked Troop 670/6670 is here to help you grow. We welcome new members throughout the year—come visit us to see how Scouting can make a difference in your life!
Joining Linked Troop 670 is easy and open to youth aged 11-17. Scouting is a rewarding experience where you can learn new skills, make lifelong friends, and embark on exciting adventures. To get started, simply attend one of our meetings or contact our Scoutmaster at troop670email@gmail.com. You can also visit the BSA website to learn more about the registration process. Troop 670 is a place where you’ll have fun, learn responsibility, and discover the outdoors. We look forward to meeting you!
Parents play a vital role in the success of our troop. Troop 670 encourages active parent involvement, whether it’s assisting on camping trips, volunteering for troop activities, or simply attending meetings. Scouting teaches independence, but it also thrives on a supportive community. Parents can help by ensuring their Scout attends meetings, stays on track with rank advancement, and is prepared for upcoming events.
